With WinCapture, there’s nothing you can’t document, present or demonstrate. As a result, people can close the communication gap. Instead of typing a lengthy e-mail, people can explain complicated concepts with an annotated screenshot. Capture graphs, Web pages and images, and annotate for reports, presentations and e-mails.
People create professional presentations and handouts. They apply special effects to multiple images, so they’re both attractive and easy to understand.
WinCapture also makes it possible to perform work faster. WinCapture’s built-in image Painter is both easy to use and has all the image-processing features one could ever want. Clarify points by adding textual explanations, arrows and highlights right on top of your images. No need to buy an additional Painter.

How does it work?
Screen capture is the process of copying what you see on your screen. WinCapture captures various types of data in dozens of different ways, enabling you to capture, edit and share anything on your screen.
WinCapture has four capture modes: Image, Text, and Video.
What can you capture with Image capture?
WinCapture allows you to capture the exact part of the screen you want – and only that part – so you don’t have to spend all your time cropping. WinCapture can capture the entire screen, a window, an active window, a region, an object, a menu, a scrolling window, shapes, Direct X, and also from scanners and cameras.

Text capture will capture text from the screen as text, instead of as an image. As a result, you can grab text from areas that don’t offer Copy and Paste. The text is completely editable.
What is Video capture?
Video capture records any onscreen activity of your Windows desktop and saves the videos as an AVI file.
What is the WinCapture Painter?
The WinCapture Painter gives you a way to edit a screen capture. With drawing features, stamps and dozens of other editing options, you can quickly enhance any screenshot right after the capture, since it is embedded directly into the preview window. Editing options include flip, mirror, shear, rotate, crop, and cut. Adjust the color depth, or add text. Add custom edge effects such as drop shadow, saw or faded edges, and enhancements such as arrows, cursors, lines, text, and much more.
WinCapture Painter is a powerful editing environment, allowing you to add all sorts of clipart on top of a screenshot, including arrows, callouts, pointers, shapes, stamps and more. In addition, you can use various drawing tools to create custom markups on your screenshots. Each of these edits are applied as objects, so you can come back to these screenshots days, months, and even years later to change any part of these edits to suit your needs. You can even bring in already-marked up images from WinCapture Painter, and then apply your favorite clipart.
